This industrial development involved the approval of a 480 m2 warehouse and 200 m2 office in the town of Dalby. Bplanned & surveyed ensured that the necessary supporting engineering reports were lodged to Council up front. As a result, the application did not receive an Information request (IR). In addition, although the application required referral to the Department of Transport and Main Roads it was still approved within 2 ½ months of lodgement of the application.
