This project was to subdivide the land into 18 Lots. To maximise the yield for our client we have proposed a two stage development which includes the subdivision of the land in two stages. Stage 1 – 1 into 16 Lots and Stage 2 – the subdivision of the balance Lot into 3 Lots on a Standard Format Plan & Common Property under a Community Title Scheme.
